Refund and cancellation policy
Short version: a payment is refunded in full within 14 days if the Premium credits it granted are all still unspent; your free daily credits do not count; cancelling stops future billing and is never refused; duplicate and unauthorised charges are refunded with no conditions. The detail below is the same as section 3 of the Terms of Service.
Refunds
- We refund a credit or subscription payment in full within 14 days if the Premium credits it granted are all still in your balance. A refund is possible only while the plan has produced nothing.
- Once you spend any of those Premium credits, that period is not refundable: generation uses GPU time and paid model capacity we cannot recover, and credits are priced on a sliding scale where larger amounts cost less per credit, so refunding part of a bundle would grant the bulk rate to usage that did not earn it. Refunds are all or nothing per payment.
- Your free daily credits do not count. Every account gets them, including free accounts, so spending them is not using the plan.
- You can cancel future renewals at any time. Cancelling is always available and is never refused. It is separate from a refund.
- A plan payment refunded in full, or disputed, ends that plan and cancels its renewal.
- At checkout you ask for your credits to be made available immediately and accept that the EU 14-day right of withdrawal ends once you start spending them. Until then, the first point gives you the full refund the law intends.
- Duplicate charges and charges you did not authorise are refunded in full, no conditions.
The free trial
The free trial is earned by completing the five tutorial tasks on a free account, and can be started once, on monthly or yearly Creator, Pro or Ultra: 14 days free with a card on file. Cancel any time before day 14 and nothing is charged. On day 14 the first paid invoice is issued — with the first-invoice discount for the plan and billing period chosen — and the refund rule above applies to it like any other payment.
Cancelling a subscription
- Cancelling stops future billing only, and it is never refused. You keep your tier and everything it unlocks until the period you already paid for runs out.
- Your credits stay in your balance permanently — nothing is taken back, and purchased credits do not expire when a subscription ends or lapses.
- Cancel from Manage billing in your profile, which opens the Stripe billing portal, or write to us and we will do it for you.
Failed generations
Credits are reserved when a generation is requested and only charged once it succeeds. If it fails, nothing is deducted and the reservation is released back to your balance. Cancelling or deleting a run releases its reservation too, unless an external provider has already started it: the provider bills for a started run, so its credits are used. If a reservation is ever not released when it should be, contact us and we will return it. Attempts to generate prohibited content are not eligible for credit refunds.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the payment date or the Stripe receipt number. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
