Billing and refunds
Include the email address on your OpenModels account and, for a specific payment, the date or the receipt number from Stripe. Refunds follow the policy at /refund: a payment is refunded in full within 14 days if the Premium credits it granted are all still unspent, and duplicate or unauthorised charges are refunded in full with no conditions.
Something did not work
Tell us which page, which model and roughly when. A failed generation never costs credits — they are held when a job starts and released if it fails — so if a balance looks wrong after a failure, say so and we will put it right.
Privacy and data requests
To export or delete your account and everything it holds, write from the address on the account. The Privacy Policy sets out what is stored and for how long.

OpenModels is operated by a sole trader registered under IČO 23332263, based in Prague. The registered details are in the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.
